But I want to know how to make the appearance like your screenshot, such as the decorate, the icons, etc.

To configure toolbar icons, hover over toolbar, then right click select configure toolbar.
You should see a list of actions on right side, just choose icon and change icon...

You need to add separators to break up the toolbars...
